Discusión teórica sobre los conceptos de sostenibilidad em el enoturismo a través de la bibliometrix

La sustentabilidad tiene un papel fundamental en el turismo ya que está presente en factores ambientales, económicos y sociales, con énfasis en el crecimiento del turismo en bodegas enfocado a la preservación/conservación. La pregunta central de la investigación es: ¿cuál es la realidad de los estudios científicos sobre enoturismo y sostenibilidad? Como objetivo, el trabajo pretende analizar las investigaciones científicas que abordaron el tema del enoturismo y la sostenibilidad. La metodología consiste en un ensayo teórico cualitativo y descriptivo realizado a través de una investigación bibliográfica, con levantamiento de la producción científica disponible en las bases de datos “WoS” y “Scopus”. El término de búsqueda utilizado fue las palabras clave "turismo del vino" y "sostenibilidad". Los resultados sugieren que la investigación sobre sostenibilidad en la cadena del enoturismo está creciendo con percepciones emergentes y muestran una concentración geográfica de la investigación en algunos países como Francia, Estados Unidos y Brasil. Los consumidores son cada vez más conscientes de las consecuencias ambientales de sus elecciones, prestando gran atención a las cuestiones sostenibles al comprar productos. Se concluye que todavía existen pocos estudios enfocados a la sustentabilidad en el enoturismo y que expliquen cómo la implementación de prácticas de sustentabilidad contribuye a incrementar la competitividad de las empresas del sector vitivinícola.
