Metodologias Ativas no Ensino Superior de Turismo e Hotelaria
Uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura

O ensino superior em Turismo e Hotelaria tem passado por mudanças significativas em decorrência das transformações tecnológicas e das novas exigências do setor. Nesse cenário, as metodologias ativas surgem como estratégias pedagógicas eficazes que favorecem o protagonismo do discente e a integração entre teoria e prática. Esta revisão sistemática da literatura teve como objetivo investigar e identificar as metodologias ativas aplicadas ao ensino superior nas áreas de Turismo e/ou Hotelaria, considerando publicações acadêmicas dos últimos cinco anos, cujas abordagens mais recorrentes, destacam os principais desafios enfrentados pelos docentes e as alterações curriculares necessárias para sua implementação eficaz. A pesquisa foi conduzida seguindo o protocolo PRISMA 2020, com a coleta de dados realizada nas bases ERIC e Web of Science. Após a aplicação dos critérios de filtragem, foram selecionados 45 artigos, os quais foram posteriormente analisados por meio de uma abordagem de análise temática. Os resultados indicam que a gamificação foi a metodologia mais recorrente, seguida por aprendizagem baseada em projetos (PBL), aprendizagem experiencial e sala de aula invertida. Os estudos evidenciaram a necessidade de reformulações curriculares, com foco em flexibilidade, competências socioemocionais e formação continuada docente. Esta revisão oferece contribuições relevantes para a compreensão e aprimoramento das práticas pedagógicas no ensino superior em Turismo e Hotelaria.
