integrando a coopetição social aos princípios de Ostrom

Resumo

Este estudo investiga a coopetição social como estratégia de gestão de recursos comuns no Turismo de Base Comunitária (TBC), fundamentando-se nas contribuições de Elinor Ostrom em Governing the Commons: The Evolution of Institutions for Collective Action. Com base em uma revisão narrativa com caráter interpretativo e integrativo, examina-se como as interações entre cooperação e competição podem gerar valor social, fortalecer o protagonismo comunitário e promover o desenvolvimento sustentável. Propõe-se um Framework integrativo que articula o ciclo de valor social (criação-apropriação-devolução de valor social) aos princípios de design de Ostrom, destacando a importância da governança participativa e da autogestão para impactos socioeconômicos e socioambientais positivos. O estudo contribui ao: (i) apontar a coopetição social como estratégia regenerativa em nível de sociedade; (ii) propor a aplicabilidade dos princípios de Ostrom em contextos complexos e dinâmicos; (iii) aprofundar a compreensão das dinâmicas coopetitivas no TBC; e (iv) apresentar o conceito de Coopetição Social Regenerativa, que integra coopetição, Teoria dos Comuns e práticas regenerativas. Os achados oferecem subsídios para pesquisadores e agentes comunitários interessados em políticas públicas para comunidades turísticas e no avanço de práticas regenerativas em contextos locais.
